How to Make a Hot Latte

1. First you’re going to grind your espresso beans into your portafilter then tamp them down (double shot). Pour the espresso into a mug. Add sugar and vanilla extract (we do 1-2 teaspoons sugar and about 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract). Stir until the sugar is dissolved.

2. Pour 8 ounces of whole milk or oat milk into your steaming pitcher and steam to your desired temperature. Pour over the espresso and enjoy.

How to Make an Iced Latte

1. Follow step 1 from above.

2. Fill a 16 ounce cup with ice. Pour the espresso mixed with sugar and vanilla over the ice then top with cold milk, stir and enjoy.
