Vanilla Latte Recipe (Hot or Iced)
This easy to make vanilla latte recipe is fully customizable. It is made without syrup so you get to control the flavor and the sweetness. You can also make it hot or iced.

Double shot Espresso 1-3 teaspoons, or to taste Organic cane sugar or sweetener of choice ⅛ teaspoon, or to taste Pure vanilla extract 8 ounces Whole milk steamed or milk of choice Ice if making iced
To Make a Hot Latte Pour the espresso shots into a mug. Add the sugar and vanilla then stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Steam the milk then pour over the espresso, stir a little if desired. Enjoy!
To Make an Iced Latte Pour the espresso shots into a heat proof cup or container. Add the sugar and vanilla then stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Add ice to a 16 ounce cup, pour the espresso over the ice then top with cold milk, stir and enjoy!
You can use what ever sweetener you like.
We have also made this latte with oat milk and had great results.
