Gourmet Turkey Burger

- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 large Egg
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Granulated garlic
- ¼ teaspoon Granulated Onion
- ¼ teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 4 slices Smoked Gouda cheese all natural
- 4 Tablespoons Cherry fruit spread low or no sugar added
- Mayonnaise
- Sriracha
- 4 Whole wheat hamburger buns or buns of choice
- Butter lettuce or leaf lettuce
Toast the buns and assemble
Toast your buns either on the grill or in the oven on broil.
Spread the top and bottom bun with mayo and sriracha then place the patty on the bottom bun, spread a generous amount of cherry spread on top of the patty then add a layer of potato chips. Top with lettuce and the top bun.
